The story so far..
Vibe Cycle was introduced in 2007 to the U.K.
Since the dawn of Indoor Cycling, it
has gone from strength to strength. Right now it is one of the
most popular forms of Group Exercise classes in the UK. Even
with its popular status the usual questions are still asked
today.
"What is Indoor Cycling?"
"Am I Fit enough?"
"Will it make my legs too big?"
VIBE CYCLE is riding a re-enforced, sturdy, stationary bike with
a fixed wheel. We use the resistance lever to add and reduce the
intensity and terrain of the ride, it takes place in a dance
studio or room in Group/Class environment and utilises the 3
basic aspects:
No. 1 Upbeat/motivating Instructor
No. 2 Great fun and motivating music
No. 3 Cycle to the Rhythm
